Job responsibilities:

1. Participate in the user experience design and optimization of related management systems, websites, mobile apps, etc. in the shipping and logistics industry, including prototype design, frontend development, user research, and user behaviour analysis.
2. Apply cutting-edge AI technologies in suitable scenarios to realize high-fidelity interactive prototypes or pages, transforming experience design solution into implementable front-end engineering code.
3. Assist in building and maintaining design standards and component libraries to ensure consistency and fidelity on visualization and interaction.
4. Assist in completing the writing and organization of relevant technical documents and design standards, supporting the implementation of design standards and the accumulation of achievements.

1. 参与海运、物流行业相关管理系统，网站，手机 App 等的用户体验设计与优化，包括原型设计，前端开发，用户调研，用户行为分析等。
2. 在适合场景下使用前沿的 AI 技术，完成高保真可交互原型或页面实现，将体验设计方案转化为可落地的前端工程代码。
3. 协助搭建和维护设计规范与组件库，确保设计规范在视觉与交互上的还原度。
4. 协助完成相关技术文档、设计标准的撰写与整理，支撑设计标准落地与成果沉淀。


Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer-related fields in science and engineering colleges, covering basic theories of computer science.
2. With a solid foundation in front-end technology, proficient in core front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), familiar with mainstream front-end engineering technologies such as React, Vue, and able to independently complete front-end page development and debugging.
3. Have a strong interest in user experience design or interface design, have deeply studied relevant basic theories, understand cutting-edge design standards and principles, and being proficient in a design tool is preferable (Figma, Sketch, or Photoshop, etc.).
4. Eager to develop in the direction of combining design and technology, understands trends in experience design and the dynamics of cutting-edge technology development, and is enthusiastic about learning technologies and methods related to AI design.
5. Has good team collaboration and communication skills.
6. Painting, graphic design, UI design and UX related professional skills and experience are preferred.
7. CET 4 and above.

1. 在读本科或本科以上学历，理工院校计算机相关专业，专业涵盖计算机基础理论。
2. 具备前端技术基础，掌握核心前端技术( HTML/CSS/JavaScript)，了解React、Vue等主流前端工程化技术，能独立完成前端页面开发与调试。
3. 对用户体验设计或界面设计有浓厚兴趣，深入学习过相关基础理论，了解前沿的设计规范与原则，掌握一个设计工具更佳（Figma、Sketch 或 Photoshop 等）。
4. 有意向在设计与技术结合方向发展，了解体验设计趋势与前沿技术发展动态，热衷学习 AI 设计相关的技术与方法。
5. 具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力。
6. 有绘画，平面/UI设计，用户体验相关专业能力与经验者优先。
7. 英语四级以上。
