1.工作职责Job Responsibilities
为支持公司未来战略及业务发展，本岗位将通过全方位基层历练、专业及管理能力系统赋能，助力您成长为具备国际视野的业务专家或管理人才。
To support the company's future strategy and business growth, this position is designed to help you develop into a business expert or management professional with a global perspective. This will be achieved through comprehensive front-line experience and systematic training in both functional and leadership skills.
1.依据培训生成长路径，通过专业知识培训、岗位轮岗、管理授权及业务实践等方式，力争在3–5年内成长为业务经理；
Ⅰ. Follow a structured development path involving professional training, job rotation, management delegation, and hands-on business practice, with the goal of growing into a Business Manager within 3–5 years.
2.参与业务流程标准化建设与优化，协助推动跨部门协作项目，运用数据分析及流程梳理持续提升组织运营效率；
轮岗将涉及公司运营相关的多个核心部门，帮助全面了解业务并明确职业发展方向。
Ⅱ. Participate in standardizing and optimizing business processes, support cross-department collaboration initiatives, and use data analysis and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency. Gain exposure to multiple core functions of the company through rotational assignments, building a holistic understanding of the business and clarifying your career direction.

2. 任职要求 Qualifications & Requirements
1.2026届本科及以上学历，海外学历背景优先，专业不限，英语、商科（如国际贸易）、财务等相关专业更佳；
英语能力需满足以下任一条件：托福 ≥ 80分、雅思 ≥ 6.0分、英语专业八级；
Final-year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2026. Overseas education background is preferred. Open to all majors, with a preference for English, Business (e.g., International Trade), Finance, or related fields. English proficiency must meet one of the following: TOEFL ≥ 80, IELTS ≥ 6.0, or TEM-8.
2.具备良好的组织协调与语言表达能力，书面及口头沟通流畅；
Strong organizational, coordination, and verbal/written communication skills.
3.英语可作为工作语言，能够接受国内及海外出差，有海外学习或实习经历者优先；
Proficient in English as a working language; willing to undertake domestic and international travel.
4.具备跨文化沟通能力、持有国际证书（如CFA/ACCA）或有海外项目经验者优先；
Prior overseas study, internship, or project experience is a strong plus. Cross-cultural communication skills, possession of international certifications (e.g., CFA/ACCA), or relevant international project experience are distinct advantages.
5.具备责任感与使命感，积极乐观，注重细节，拥有良好的时间管理与多任务处理能力。
Responsible, self-motivated, positive-minded, detail-oriented, with excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
