Location: 上海/厦门

Responsibilities:
• Works on UR program hiring
• Requires significant detail in following set policies and practices to achieve consistency and compliance
• Ability to lead candidates and hiring managers through processes are key to success
• Partners with hiring managers and others with Talent Acquisition to develop effective strategies for success
• Understands and supports diversity recruitment methods
• Provides advice and consultation to the hiring leader
• Adept at developing good sourcing strategies to provide optimal sourcing mix, screens candidates against set criteria and identifies the most appropriate candidate(s) for a job opening
• Work involves both transactional and add- value critical thinking work
• Work with diverse business groups with no geographically limited
• Relationships with candidates and hiring managers are key to success
• Drives processes and ensures process is followed
• Work is regularly reviewed by senior level team members or leadership

Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 2 years' experience in a recruitment agency or as an in-house recruiter for a large company
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable to drive recruiting process and achieve hiring goals
• Fluency in both oral and written English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment
