职位描述
Role Objectives:
This role is intended to develop a future leader in commercial and marketing, with responsibility for analyzing and evaluating new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities to drive business expansion, while providing support for new product launches in key countries.
Key Accountabilities:
1. New Product Development（Crop Solutions for Key Crops）：Collaborate with BD Managers to develop the portfolio and crop roadmaps for key countries.
2. New Product Launch：Provide head-office support for new product launches in key countries.
3. New Country Strategy：Collect market information and conduct preliminary analysis for identified countries to support country strategy development.
4. Product Pricing：Maintain pricing records and conduct analysis for the target products.
5. BD Operations Support：Support BD operations, including meeting minutes, follow-ups, and related activities.
Requirements
1. Master’s degree in Agriculture-related majors
2. A working scientific understanding of crop protection products.
3. Good English & Mandarain communication (Oral & written)
