1.Service：
a. On-site installation and troubleshooting for customers.
b. Satisfy the customer according to their demands.
c. Solve the problem in warranty experiod and keep the good relationship with customer.
d. Give presentations/training internal/external.
e. Presentation of a project/product to the customer.

2.Project support:
a. Discuss with customer for their demand and try to find solution with Soleras equipment.
b. Feedback customer requirements to design team.
c. Assist products assembling and QC out check in facility.

3. Working in team:
a. Schedules own work in cooperation with other team members.
b. Takes care of a clear communication between engineering and customer.
c. Adapts easily to changing priorities and requests.
d. Can estimate how long an assignment will take.

4. Knowledge:
a. Follows the evolution of the production processes.
b. Stays up to date on the market evolution.
