Work Output Expectations:
1. Prepare Design Trends & Intelligence Reports for Local (China) & Overseas Markets ；
(cover from different perspectives of Market, User, Technology, Product, Competitor, etc.)
2. Dock with internal stakeholders (OBG/CBG teams) to collect current user data and form clear hypothesis for creating user research plan；
3. Conduct user interviews, analyze data for insights extraction；
4. Propose Ideas for Design Innovation Opportunity (Product KSP, ID, UX differentiators) for Smart AIxIoT Consumer Electronics Products ;
5. Formulate Global+Local Design Strategy Story; Marcom Promotions in Local (China) & Overseas Markets.
Education Background & Personality:
1. Master's degree in Design (UI/UX/Product), Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Business, Psychology, or a related field with a focus on Design/Consumer/Marketing Research
2. Top-tier global universities (preferred), with Local (China) & Overseas Markets exposure ;
3. Proficiency in software tools like Keynote, Excel, etc. for presentation & data analysis;
4. Fluency in Mandarin & English;
5. Self-driven, pro-active, and motivated to work creatively in an unstructured environment;
6. Inclination towards exploring intersectional space of Technology, Business & Design.
7. School or internship portfolio required
