Responsibilities

Provide business and functional analysis to create product requirement specifications for the in-house enterprise application system.
Collaborate with AI tools and leverage generative AI for interpretation and automation of routine requirement analysis tasks.
Acquire good business domain knowledge of responsible areas by documenting current business process and providing recommended solutions for future business processes.
Assist project stakeholders to ensure IT deliverables that would satisfy business requirements and would achieve anticipated business benefits.
Participate in system roll out planning, coordinate with IT support teams, and conduct training to global end users.
Work with key project members e.g. project manager, developers, QA to help them understand business requirements and the processes, to ensure finished product complies with users and business specifications.
Verify the testing plan /scenarios prepared by implementation team; conduct acceptance testing to ensure that the product developed supports the business use cases.


Who we are looking for
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information, Industrial Engineering, or Data Analysis.
Strong communication skills, adept at interacting with various partners.
High sensitivity to data and business, with independent thinking ability.
Strong interest in the shipping and logistics industry, willing to explore the application of digital technology in shipping scenarios, and eager to learn new knowledge and apply it to real-world problems.
CET-6, good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua is an advantage.
Ability to apply AI tools and techniques in core BA activities, such as requirement analysis, process modeling, prototyping, and documentation, along with skills in prompt engineering and leveraging AI for data insights, will be a plus.
