- SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) - Site Reliability Engineer (Shanghai) - DevOps Operations and Maintenance Direction
The position will involve building and maintaining large-scale distributed systems in a Hybrid Cloud environment with complex traffic patterns and network connectivity.
Key qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
Good English oral and written communication skills.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, able to work with different teams to solve complex problems with minimal guidance.
Have experience with AWS/Alibaba Cloud Ali Cloud Aliyun, familiar with orchestration platforms (Nomad, K8s), CI/CD pipelines, Git, Terraform and other technologies.
Experience in production support and observability tools includes Splunk, Prometheus

Key qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
Good oral and written communication skills in English.
Develop using Java, Go, Python or similar programming languages
Familiar with network technologies, including DNS, BGP, MPLS, NAT, TCP/IP, firewall.
Familiar with L4/L7 software proxy and HTTP/HTTPS, PKI domain knowledge (certificates, encryption/signature, etc.)
Experience in network and infrastructure support.
Experience working within a tight schedule and driving projects.
- TE (Traffic Engineer) - Traffic Engineer (Shanghai)
This role will build and run internal/external traffic in complex distributed environments with strict privacy and security requirements.
Network, develop, security, traffic, cloud, microservices, monitoring, DevOps, at least can account for more than 2 items.
Key qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
Understand load balancing, ByteMesh, and edge deployment, and pay more attention to the content of ByteMesh
Familiar with network, security, logging, and application monitoring
Develop using Go, Python, or similar programming languages, with intermediate to advanced development skills
Maintain customer commitments
Dealing with the complexity of business and service reliability
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
