兰州新区科技文化旅游集团有限公司（简称“新区科文旅集团”）成立于2017年5月，是经兰州新区管委会批准成立的国有独资企业，是兰州新区实施“科技创新、文旅创新”战略的重要市场平台，注册资本2亿元。目前已初步形成了覆盖科技创新、互联网、医疗服务、文化旅游、酒店餐饮、广播传媒等六大板块5家子公司的产业格局。主要从事科技创新、医疗、文化旅游、餐饮酒店、广告传媒、中介创意等项目建设与运营管理业务。
